C’s Steak and Seafood holds the Castello Banfi Tuscan Wine Dinner on 2 May 2024 at only IDR 1,400,000++ per person. The five-course Italian menu comes with elegant wine pairing curated by Chef Marco Pistillo. On 7 May 2024, C’s plays host to Indonesia’s launch of Il Borro Excellence, a fine wine brand under the management of Salvatorre Ferragamo. Guests may join the Tuscany Uncorked Wine Dinner that evening starting from 7:00 PM at only IDR 2,700,000 net per person. For Saturday gatherings with friends and family, C’s also introduces Sparkling Festa Brunch that serves a lavish spread of premium beef cuts, seafood on ice, a limoncello shot parade and live DJ performance at only IDR 888,000++ per person, inclusive of free-flow Prosecco.
Fountain Lounge on the mezzanine level is bringing cosy tunes back with the new international Charm band performing from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 PM onwards. While guests may enjoy the daily Happy Hour featuring house-pouring spirits, select wines and martinis, star bartender Agus Traminto from Alila Villas Uluwatu is taking over the bar and proposing original concoctions inspired by Japanese whisky and gin on 3 and 4 May 2024.
To sate the appetite, Grand Café presents Flavours of Thailand with Chef Takkasit Boonlert and Chef Nuttakorn Promrokul from Park Hyatt Bangkok from 15 May to 19 May 2024. Guests can relish a delicious buffet of tom yum goong, pad thai goong and many more at only IDR 460,000++ per person. The Thai chefs also run a cooking class at The Residence ONFIVE on 17 May 2024 at IDR 460,000++ per person, inclusive of chef’s hat, apron, e-certificate and Grand Hyatt Jakarta notebook.
Sumire ends the month on a high note with Kaiseki Masterpiece by Chef Yoshida from Park Hyatt Tokyo from 27 May to 2 June 2024. The Japanese chef invites guests to experience an authentic dinner set menu comprising high-quality ingredients, including sea urchin, tuna, yellow tail fish, Japanese beef sirloin and more at only IDR 1,850,000++. There is also a premium lunch bento that puts together cold and hot appetisers, sashimi, grilled and simmered dishes, shokuji and dessert at IDR 850,000++.
